Accountant  

Responsible for timely preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules

Responsible for balance sheet account reconciliations

Responsible for accurately calculating the month end inventory valuation

Responsible to assist Controller in annual audits/reviews

Responsible for seeking final disposition and processing documentation in quality system.

Responsible for analyzing the billing records for missing information.

Assist in Billing and Accounts Payable as needed

Other tasks as required.

Associate degree in accounting B.S. Degree in accounting preferred

2-5 Years experience

Must have advanced excel skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
