A manufacturer is seeking energetic professional accountant at our sales & distribution business of the company for the US market.

Summary:

The accountant will be responsible for all the accounting and financial functions of the company. This will be a one man position requiring involvement of all levels of accounting starting from A/P to A/R, banking, monthly reporting and audit preparation.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

He/she will develop and maintain internal controls and financial accounting systems for internal and external reporting and analysis and manage all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

Will be responsible for all accounting and finance related activities for the business, including but not limited to: banking, monthly close, AP, AR, credit & collections, cash flow, and payroll.

Manages and oversees budgets, internal audits, inventory issues, tax compliance, insurance, and annual reports. Prepare the month end reports and responsible for the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, tax returns and reports for government regulatory agencies on a timely basis.

Provide timely and accurate information and analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial forecasting.

Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.

Manage all banking relationships and transactions including credit lines etc.

Develop financial controls, systems and policies for effective management & control of finances.
