The
Accountant has responsibility for:
- All general ledger
activity including journal entries, monthly account reconciliations,
including sub-ledgers - Producing timely monthly
financial statements with explanations of variances in sales, costs, and
expenses as well as comparison to budget, forecast and prior year - Maintain detailed analysis
of all accounts, including multiple inter-company and intra group - Actively participating
in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintaining
an excellent working relationship with operations managers. - Interacting
with budget managers in aspects to variances on Actual to Forecasted
expenditures.
- The
successful candidate will have a B.S. degree, in Accounting, M.S. or MBA a plus - Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting related activities
- Demonstrate
knowledge of integrated financial systems. - Excellent
computer, analytical, and report generation skills. - Excellent
written and oral communication skills.
