Our client, a large food/​consumer goods company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join its sales team.​

Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve or surpass Company sales goals.​
• Manage sales operations and achieve results that will increase the market share in the area.​
• Recruiting, counseling, motivating and developing sales personnel.​
• Lowering returns by guiding the organization through ordering, merchandising and space management.​
• Promoting safety and implementing safety standards and initiatives.​
• Back-up
  in the event of the need to run open routes.​Design and implement
  corporate marketing strategy for the firm's consumer packaged good
  products.​

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of three years' food related business experience in sales, bakery goods experience preferred.​
• BA/​BS in marketing or other business related field a plus.​
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application.​
• Individual must be able to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours.​
• Successful candidate must have a valid driver's license.​
  
• Possess excellent communication skills.​
