Accounting Assistant II

About the Job

 Accounting Assistant II.  Full-time, regular status, Classified, Exempt, Pay Grade 14, $25,363/annually.  Qualifications:  Associate Degree and 2 years of directly related experience.  Duties:  Under the supervision of the Controller, handle receipt of payments being made to the college and prepare receipts for posting into financial ledgers.  Aid students in preparation of payment plan arrangements and maintain records of payment agreements pending.  Process all third party and other contract agreements related to student tuition.
