Accounting Clerk / Receptionist needed immediately for mid-sized corporation. Applicant will need computer and typing skills, Notary Public a major plus. Full Time position, looking for established individual who wants to stay put.
This position would be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors
- Managing our multi-line phone system
- Providing support to a variety of departments on a day-to-day basis to include typing, filing, faxing, etc.
- Acts as a company liaison in the field of customer relations, company suppliers and vendors, and contacts for the Executive level.
- Responsible for general office maintenance to include office supplies, equipment supplies and service.
- Coordination of mail to include receiving and distribution.
- Maintains various records and logs.
- Qualifications:
- Reliable, well organized, punctual and detail oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and able to learn company specific systems.
