We are looking for recent graduates of any age who are enthusiastic about learning and excelling in an entry-level accounting position.

We have immediate project opportunities in the South New Jersey area for Recent Accounting and Finance Graduates.
Positions will start out temporary and will go permanent after 4 months. Hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Candidates for this position should be highly motivated, well organized and detail oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple functions and meet expected deadlines. Candidates must be quick learner and willing to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and process both manual and electronic merchandise invoices within established quality and quantity guidelines.
- Reviews electronically processed invoices to ensure they have been processed correctly.
- Reconcile store audit inventory to book inventory.
Job Requirements
- Recent college graduate, BS degree in accounting or finance.
- Clear understanding of cost/retail, gross profit and debits/credits
- Sufficient mathematical skills to calculate percentages, totals and verify calculations.
- Experience using MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Outlook
- Must demonstrate speed and accuracy on a 10-key keyboard
