POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for several functions within the Accounting and Finance Area. These include, but may not be limited to the following: -Capital reconciliation and tracking of project spend including detail by Vendor for Engineering. -Partner with Engineering on capital oversight and project spend analysis -Holds responsibility for the Plant’s Accounts Payable. The position is the plant’s Ariba super-user and DCIW super-user and will manage invoice reconciliation and payment resolution with IBM. This position is considered a key financial control in both expense and capital management and is critical in partnering with IBM to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner. -Assist in month end accrual process and various other closing activities. -Project based work on an as needed basis REQUIREMENTS: (Education/Experience and Skills) -HS Diploma or GED -Minimum of 1 year of relevant Accounting/Finance experience or Accounts Payable experience -Must be proficient in Ariba, DCIW, SAP, and Excel.
