Responsibilities include:
· Calculating cost of goods
· Creating printing estimates for new jobs
· Determining profit margins for new and previous jobs
· Calculating average profit of recent jobs
· Determining if profit margins justify doing work, for new and existing customers
· Checking credit of prospective customers
· Finding and negotiating best prices for supplies purchased by AL
· Maintaining the books
· Creating management reports
