Pinnacle Partners, Inc. is an Indianapolis based staffing and executive search firm focused on providing employment solutions to clients in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking motivated, aggressive, sales oriented individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who are interested in pursuing a career in the recruiting and executive search business. Our need is for an individual skilled at making cold calls, breaking new accounts and leveraging contacts within specific industries. Our focus will be within the Finance and Accounting industry or the Healthcare industry. Responsibilities:
Recruiting Candidates:
Identify new and creative ways to source highly qualified candidates
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates
Conduct 1st level phone interviews to pre-qualify candidates
Schedule 2nd level personal interviews with candidates to understand skills progression and career expectations
Develop and maintain an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the needs our clients
Sourcing New Business:
Identify new and creative ways to source viable clients including: internet resources and personal networking
Make contact with potential clients to market our services
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing clients
Obtain viable job orders from clients
Fulfill client job order requirements
Required Skills:
In order to excel in this position the ideal candidate will need to possess the following attributes:
Sales and/or business development experience (phone and face to face meetings)
Experience working in Finance/Accounting or the Healthcare field
Able to manage a full cycle desk of sales and recruiting
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service
Possess good judgment in resolving issues
The ability to work independently to achieve results
Strong analytical skills along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be able to handle a high level of confidentiality
Demonstrated skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong work ethic

Entrepreneurial spirit
A minimum of 2 years experience within the staffing industry or relevant experience is desired
