This position will assume all responsibility for Administration, Planning (Manpower Loading and Logistics for personnel), Estimating, Cost Control, Accounting, Operations, and Safety matters relating to services conducted by MISTRAS within our client's refinery site and wherever these activities are undertaken.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Coordinate all Logistical issues for personnel.
- Plan, Estimate and perform all accounting activities for services provided for day to day activities and S/D or projects. Provide reports for cost tracking/control purposes.
- Conduct all Safety matters in accordance with current Standards & Procedures.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of Accounting and Cost Control procedures.
- Oversee external and internal invoicing weekly.
Experience
The position holder shall effectively demonstrate a career history commensurate with
the proposed position. This shall include as a minimum:
- Minimum of 2 year Technical/Accounting Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in the Petrochemical & Refining Industry, two of which would be in a Supervisory position.
- Effective Planning of resources for major shutdowns.
- Effective coordinating and control of logistics during Shutdown preparation and manpower loading.
- Effectively demonstrate relevant experience in reporting skills.
- Effectively demonstrate relevant experience in accounting practices.
- Proficient in Excel
