Investment Management company is seeking candidates for a VP Corporate Tax Accountant position in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee FAS 109 Tax Provision work for an investment management company and several US REITs
• Develop a process to calculate FAS 109 Tax Provision for foreign investments
• Oversee the reconciliation of Foreign Tax books with US GAAP books for FAS 109 purposes
• Assist in reviewing transactions for REIT compliance and qualifications
• Assist in special projects as required 

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Accounting
• 7 - 10 years of experience with FAS 109
• Experience in Real Estate is a plus.
