If you have a background in Accounting, specifically in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commercial Collections, Payroll, Staff Accountant and Senior Accountant, please apply!

Positions/Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable: process invoices weekly, 3- way matching, batching & coding

• Accounts Receivable: cash posting, research and reconciliations

• Commercial Collections: call on past due business accounts

• Payroll: process payroll for internal employees, wage garnishment, cut checks

• Staff Accountant: account reconciliations, journal entries, assist with month-end

• Senior Accountant: fixed assets, revenue recognition, month-end close, financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, analysis

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience


• Education requirements based on role, but must have at least High School diploma


• Advanced Excel, MAS 90/200/500, Great Plains, Solomon, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Lawson, Peoplesoft, ADP, Ceridian
