Accounts Payable Administrator

We have an opportunity for a highly oraganized individual to join our Accounts Payable team.  This is a full-time, hourly position that is located at our Mishawaka, IN corporate headquarters.

Quality Dining, Inc. is a restaurant company with over 170 locations in both casual dining and quick service segments with concepts such as Burger King, Chili's, Spageddies & Papa Vino's Italian Kitchen and blue2O seafood grill + bar.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

• 
  
  Review and entry of invoices to the AP system


• 
  
  Check creation and distribution


• 
  
  Filing related documents on a weekly basis


• 
  
  Reconciling vendor statements


• 
  
  Communicating directly with vendors and operations personnel


• 
  
  Research and problem solving


• 
  
  Some additional administrative tasks

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• The ability to be highly organized and have attention to detail


• Flexibility to process a high volume of AP in a fast paced and changing environment


• Strong data entry, 10-key and general office skills.  Plus familiarity with MS Word and Excel


• Preference will be given to candidates who possess AP experience


• Peoplesoft experience is a plus
