At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Accounts Payable Analyst in our Englewood, CO location.

The person must have exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service. In this position, this person will be responsible for resolving supplier invoice discrepancies, reviewing supplier statements, and maintaining a good business relationship with these suppliers. This position entails a high level of communication via email. Periodic overtime may be required during periods of cyclical high volume such as quarter end.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Manage supplier accounts

- Resolve invoice discrepancies

- Statement review

- Internal/external customer support

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- 3 years Accounts Payable Experience

- General understanding of accounting principals

- Strong verbal and written communcations skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Oracle 11i

- Previous experience processing Accounts Payable for a distribution company
