Accounts Payable Coordinator


Outstanding opportunity for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join a growing, established company!  If you have 2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience, a Bachelor’s degree and are looking for an opportunity where you can learn and grow – this could be the ideal next step for you!
 
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will receive, process and reconcile invoices, work with outside vendors to resolve issues, pay invoices in US dollars, provide back up support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, update the general ledger, and participate in various accounting projects.
 
In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related Business field.
  • 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly adept in the use of Excel and Word.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, team player.
