About the Job
- Obtain the required approvals for all vendor invoices
- Code all invoices with the correct general ledger account number
- Enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system
- Produce weekly cash requirements report
- Prepare all mail disbursement checks
- Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements with open AP
- AccPac, Solomon and Excel skills required
