If you have experience with reviewing payable invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, coding invoices with appropriate general ledgers codes and have the ability to enter the codes into the accounting system with the highest levels of speed and accuracy you are the account payable representative candidate we are looking to meet!

To be successful with our clients a minimum of two years experience in Accounts Payable is a must. Strong analytical skills and the ability to trouble-shoot is a plus! Experience working in Accounting Systems such as Oracle, Great Plains, AS400, QuickBooks Pro, or MAS 90 is required.
