The Accounts Receivable Representative’s primary responsibility is taking care of the customer through the phones, email, live support, and trouble tickets. This encompasses customer service and all billing issues.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Manage incoming phone calls, e-mails and live support requests
• Update/Change account information
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries
• Perform follow up and collections on customer accounts
• Process billing, collections and reporting
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-2 years experience in Customer Service, Collections or Accounts Receivable
• Must have excellent phone and written communications skills
• Must be client focused, and have good problem solving & decision making skills
• Positive attitude and detail oriented
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn other software systems
• Ability to work well both with groups and independently
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
• Position requires use of a computer a majority of the day
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
