Accountemps has an immediate long term temporary Collections position available with a thriving company in Cedar Rapids. Job duties will include researching overdue accounts and making high-volume outbound collection calls on those accounts. Candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining credit history files. Documentation of daily collections activity will also be required along with other various tasks as needed

Requires effective negotiating skills and persistent follow up procedures to cure delinquency. A minimum of one year collections and customer service experience is required is required for this on going opportunity. Must be eligible to work in The United States.
