Organizational Statement
Enbridge Energy Company, Inc, a leader in crude and natural gas transportation, gathering, and processing has an immediate opening for a Gas Marketing Accountant in our Houston, Tx, office. The primary focus will be billings, payments and analyzing current month profitability for Enbridge Marketing.
Responsibilities
*Actualization of assigned Pipelines on a monthly basis.
*Analyze data and prepare journal entries to record monthly transactions.
*Gross margin analysis. Analyze cost/revenue data and work with others in department to create accurate month end financial statements.
*Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
*Invoicing, cash forecasting and gas settlements for assigned customers. Proactively identify and resolve volume and/or price disputes.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree.
Specific experience not required willing to train the right individual. Prefer public accounting experience.
