Assist with the processes of troubleshooting, documenting, implementing and maintaining new and existing Active Directory Domains. Work with management to develop new/ refine existing policies and procedures relating to Active Directory, including process modeling and technical writing responsibilities. Support managed infrastructure to provide Active Directory and related services throughout the organization.
