The Residence at Timber Pines, located in Springhill, has expanded their facility and is seeking dining assistants/servers.

This important position provides assistance in all dining department functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established dining policies and procedures.

As a Dining Assistant, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. You report directly to the Dining Services Director.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Assist in a variety of duties including serving resident meals in a courteous and timely fashion. Respond to resident requests throughout the meal time as needed.
•Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
•Assist with various duties to promote a positive dining experience including remembering resident preferences for drink, introducing yourself to new residents, etc.
•Maintain an excellent working relationship with other departments and coordinate services and activities to assure that resident services can be performed without interruption.

Minimum Requirements:

•No experience necessary. On the job training available.
•Must be willing to maintain safe work habits and in accordance with safety policies of the facility at all times
•Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with co-workers, personnel, residents, family members, government agencies and the general public.
