Activities Coordinator/ Manager for a 55 and Older Active Adult Community
Must be a people oriented, friendly, energetic individual to conduct the daily activities and managerial duties of an Active Adult Community. He/She must be an effective planner with organizational skills; flexible, articulate, creative and possess the ability to prioritize duties for the entire staff and management of the center.
Creativity in organizing programs and activities for the residents and managing the physical building will require great communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in the use of MS Office and basic office machines and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Supervising Site staff- scheduling work hours, maintaining time sheets and payroll reporting
Directing and leading clerical and maintenance staff to the highest level of productivity
Preparing and maintaining the Schedule of activities and Events on an up to date basis
Keeping an inventory of equipment and supplies needed by the staff and Board of Directors
Qualifications: BS Degree in Social Work, Marketing or Business Administration
At least two (2) years experience in public relations, marketing or property management
This is a full-time position, bi-weekly as a salaried employee.
