Magnolias of Chambersburg, an Assisted Living Community offering Memory Care, is seeking an Activities Coordinator. This individual is responsible for providing active and passive, group and individual activities that enhance the lives of the Residents, allowing them to play an active role in society. 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have knowledge of therapeutic recreational techniques and the ability to interact positively with outside organizations to develop good community relations.  A bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy is preferred. High school graduate, GED or active registry status on the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry is required.  A minimum of one year of prior experience in the recreational therapy field required. Gerontology experience is preferred.  CRS is preferred. A valid PA driver's license is required with no more than two moving violations in a three-year period as determined by insurance industry standards.
