Required Skill Set(s) and Years of Experience:

The ActivityBase template building service will deliver against the following high level objectives:

o    Provide basic Excel and XE template building service for Client employees or agents globally

o    Collect requirements

o    Build templates

o    Test templates

o    Deliver templates and any necessary training that is template-specific

o    Provide ActivityBase XE .dll development utilizing C# and similar technologies

o    Maintain templates and template-building macros (VBA)

o    Enforce database standards and conventions provided by Client

o    Troubleshoot problems with existing templates

o    Modify existing templates as Client’s needs evolve

o    Record the ongoing needs of Client’s ActivityBase user community in order to propose/provide innovative solutions

o    Provide ActivityBase data analysis training to Client Indianapolis-based users, including use of the software and developed templates. This training consists of:

o    How to create plates for use in ActivityBase Testsets

o    How to create ActivityBase Testsets

o    How to analyze data in ActivityBase testsets (XL and XE)

o    Understand the system dependencies of ActivityBase on other elements of Client’s infrastructure

o    Take direction from and manage the work in coordination with Client’s ActivityBase Application Manager

o    Interface with IDBS support organization to resolve template issues when needed

o    Interface with other Client IT support organizations (application and platform support teams) to troubleshoot and resolve template issues when needed
