Addictions and Mental Health Therapists
WE currently have three positions available. Two positions are part time working with adolescents. This position is 20 hours every two weeks. Will be responsible for working with groups of adolescents on an outpatient bases. Must have experience with the adolescent population The same qualifications as listed below is required. The second position is full time and will be responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy in the Adult Intensive Outpatient and Partial hospitalization. Must be able to interact effectively with as an integral member of the professional team. LCSW-C (MD) or LPC required. Minimum one year related experience in a mental health setting. Experience in psychiatric setting and or/psycho diagnostic experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of mental health and addictions, and appropriate treatment modalities to provide clinical consultation and counseling services required. Effective oral and written communication is required. Must be able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of patients, family, external community, and hospital staff. Position requires the ability work independently under highly stressful situations.
