Position Description:

If you’re looking to make a difference in adult education and have excellent facilitation skills, then bring your management expertise, corporate training experience, and academic knowledge to Corporate College Services.

CCS is seeking part-time adjunct instructors to teach our customized accelerated corporate degree completion programs. Courses include Math, Philosophy, Creativity, Consumer Chemistry, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, general business courses, liberal arts, etc. 
 

Our business curriculum reflects the needs of corporations and their corporate adult learners in BS and MBA programs. Instructors must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and be team players. Our curriculum emphasizes an applied approach to academic study. We specifically require instructors to apply adult learning principles; discussion, problem solving, application of theory and practice.

Program Details:

  Class sizes average 10-15 students.

  Classes meet one night per week, 7-8 weeks, from 5:00 – 9:00 pm.

  Textbook has been chosen and facilitated curriculum developed based on adult learning principles.                                                  

Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum business experience
  
• Commitment to adult-based learning
  
• Excellent facilitation, teaching, presentation, written and listening skills
  
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
  
• Positive, “can do” attitude, resourceful, flexible
  
• Ability to provide real world examples, applications and methods

Credentials:

Masters Degree and business experience required

Corporate College Services, Inc., founded in 1997, delivers customized business degree completion programs at major corporations. Adult learners accelerate degree completion via challenge exams, prior knowledge and accelerated academic courses specifically prepared and presented to the adult learner employed in today’s dynamic business environments. Class sizes average 8-10 students and run 7-8 weeks. Classes meet one night per week, at a corporate site, from 5:00 – 9:00 pm.
