We currently have an opening on our team in Kansas City for an Administrative Assistant.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support with a specific dedication to our Chain Sales team for the Central Region of MillerCoors.
Some of the key responsibilities will include compilation and production of data for inclusion in reports or presentations and the creation of charts, graphs or tables. This position will also receive and respond to routine correspondence for the office as well as the Regional Chain Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Responsible for routine correspondence through e-mail, telephone, and mail
-Compile and analyze data to be used for reporting and presentation purposes
-Produce charts, tables and presentation materials
Projects:
-Aid in the preparation and filing of key records, statistics and reports
-Administer programs, projects or other processes specific to operating unit served
Education & Experience Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent required - any additional education or training is highly preferred
-4+ years experience as an administrative assistant
-Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ critical thinking skills
-Proven experience and ability in managing competing priorities
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
-Ability to work well with a team or independently, as needed
-Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
