The Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility is to assist the CEO on aday-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and planning of on-site and off-site meetings
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain expense reports
- Support finance activities when needed
- Projects as assigned
- Maintenance of confidential and sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- 3-7 years of experience in an administrative role
- Must have experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant or degree in Accounting
- Excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to handle and keep confidential sensitive information; discretion and sound judgment required
