Administrative Assistant - Bilingual English and Chinese

About the Job

The Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility is to assist the CEO on aday-to-day basis.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and planning of on-site and off-site meetings
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain expense reports
  • Support finance activities when needed
  • Projects as assigned
  • Maintenance of confidential and sensitive information


Qualifications:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • 3-7 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Must have experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant or degree in Accounting
  • Excellent MS Office skills –  Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle and keep confidential sensitive information; discretion and sound judgment required
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
