This position provides administrative support to the Director of Development and Senior Management Team. The responsibilities include: preparing correspondence, brochures, presentations and spreadsheet reports; creating and maintaining databases; coordinating and managing company-sponsored events and assisting with special projects.
Candidate must possess 5-7 years “hands-on” administrative experience (public relations setting preferred); Razors Edge/Blackboard – Version 7 preferred; Microsoft Office required.
