Position Summary:
Provides general administrative and clerical support for the Music Programming, Marketing, and Interactive teams in the DC location. Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures. Books and manages travel for multiple employees. Requires a basic understanding of the department's operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers telephones, screens calls and takes messages
- Schedules meetings and ensures the necessary facilities and equipment are reserved
- Maintains calendars and appointments
- Makes travel arrangements
- Submits and ensures completion of contract approval forms
- Submits and tracks invoices up to and including payment date
- Composes, proofreads and edits memos, letters and e-mails
- Maintains files
- Performs data entry, copying, faxing, printing, binding, mail distribution and supply ordering
- Creates and logs expense reports
- Attends meetings and records minutes, as requested
- Compiles information and prepares materials for presentations
- Prepares audio/visual presentations in PowerPoint
- Assembles and distributes information
- Maintains confidentiality of information
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- One to three years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment

Technical Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
