Administrative Assistant I

About the Job

Job duties will include answering phones and greeting visitors. In addition, candidate will also be responsible for administrative duties such as handling daily mail and transmittals, binding reports, backing up other administrative staff, managing billing and timesheets, general office maintenance, and coordinating employee training sessions.This position requires a minimum of two years experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The perfect candidate will have solid computer skills, experience greeting visitors, and the ability to coordinate office schedules and activities.
