Description
Performs a variety of duties such as data entry and processing of invoices for payment, typing correspondence, generating reports, opening and distributing of mail, and maintaining computer-based and paper files. Answer and screen telephone calls, receive and direct visitors. Open and close work orders, process vehicles for turn in, process warranty claims. Resolves routine questions and problems. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, fleet maintenance background helpful. Must be multi task orientated. Must be proficient in accuracy and detail.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Required Skills
Accounts payable, data entry skills, Microsoft Office, customer service skills, knowledge of fleet maintenance software would be helpful. Must have a valid driver's license.
