Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a hands on individual that will provide a superior level of support to a Senior Sales Representative to assist him in growing his business. Display a high degree of tact, professionalism and cooperation with contractors, customers and potential customers and internal personnel. This is a part-time position, working 20-30 hours per week.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:

• Assist representative in monthly letters, mailers, and e-mails.

• Assist representative with telemarketing and scheduling of representatives daily activities.

• Assist representative with updating and maintaining professional profile and case studies

• Produce Power Point presentations for customers

• Proposal preparation and delivery

• Field Report preparation and delivery

• Proposal Tracking and Management

• Assist representative in specification preparation and delivery

• Act as a liaison between customer service, contractors and credit department

• Act as a liaison between Technical Assistant and Field Resource personal

• Enter data, maintain and update files to representative’s personal home computer.

• Substantial amounts of typing, copying, filing and faxing


• Office/Business support background with 3+ years experience in high paced office environment

• Self starter with the analytical ability to be highly organized with attention to detail

• Able to multitask and achieve necessary business results

• Proficient with spreadsheet, database and word processing applications

• High degree of flexibility requiring excellent customer service skill and orientation

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Read, write and communicate fluently in English
