Corporate offices of growing company in the northern suburbs is in need of an experienced, professional Administrative Assistant to provide key support to busy President and departmental staff.
Duties will include:
- Heavy travel/meeting and calendar arrangements
- Correspondence, report generation, contract preparation
- Presentations in Powerpoint
- Maintain confidential files/data
- Various independent project work
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (new grads will be considered)
- Strong MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
