Assist employers by performing secretarial and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments as directed and communicate meeting details to all participants through appropriate communication channels
- Make travel arrangements as requested
- Open and distribute mail, prepare check requests and monitor and order office supplies
- Photocopy, assemble and distribute documents as assigned
- Screen phone calls and monitor email for management members as requested
- Set up and maintain filing systems for team members as needed
- Coordinate distribution for various programs
- Assist with event coordination as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned requiring Excel or other system applications as needed in the Finance department.
- Work with confidential materials with minimal supervision
- Perform other generic office & support activities
- Associates Degree Required Plus- 1-2 years executive administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a finance organization preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic, strong organizational skills, excellent coordination and time management skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
