More than an Administrative Assistant
Randstad, in partnership with a local insurance company, is seeking applications for Administrative Assistants who exhibit professionalism and superior organizational and communication skills to work on temporary contracts.
We are looking for office professionals with strong Microsoft office experience who like to work in a fast paced office environment.
This Position is Responsible For:
· Coordinating various specialized projects, making copies, mail delivery, answering phones
· Process daily mail, paperwork and review reports
· Providing general office support to entire work units
· schedule conference rooms, send out agendas and take meeting minutes
· Must have excellent work history
· 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong typing skills
· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook,
· Power Point, Access, and SharePoint)
· Visio and Lotus Notes experience helpful
· Must be able to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Position will require a background check
