Job Description: Adecco is currently recruiting for a premier Financial Institution in Boston. We are seeking experienced Administrative and Executive Assistants, with the ability to exercise discretion and judgment, to perform an array of administrative duties.
Responsibilities and skills include: . Administrative support tasks which are secretarial/clerical in nature. . Knowledge to access and navigate through electronic databases, the internet and email systems. . Schedule and facilitate conference calls. . Set up and manage a hard copy and/or electronic filing system. . Coordinate most of team members' meetings with clients. . Coordinate travel arrangements, over the phone or electronically, for multiple individuals. . Schedule outside events for clients. . Prepare Time & Expense reports. . Ability to support more than one team member and interact with different types of clients. . Understanding that considerable judgment and discretion is often needed in completing work assignments. . Ability to provide training to others. . Ability to interact with all levels of management.
Job Requirements: . Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, electronic databases and the internet . 3 plus years of experience
