Overview: Responsible for Administrative functions in order to increase the time of both the Marketing Manager & the Senior Buyer. Handles a wide variety of situations involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office. Is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material and is in a position of TRUST.
Job Purpose (including, but not limited to):
· Manages Outlook Calendar to include scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans and keeps both on schedule.
· Prepares advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports per management requests.
· Tracks daily, weekly, on-going and completed assignments to keep Executive Office informed.
· Opens and organizes mail.
· Updates/Maintains departmental spreadsheets.
· Monitor attendance; update Time Off Requests & Calendar on the Intranet.
· Ensure completion of their task lists.
· Assist with documentation and other requests as needed.
· Completes safety training.
· Keeps office supplies stocked.
· Handles sensitive and/or confidential information on a daily basis.
· Performs general office maintenance duties.
· Exercises judgment and makes decisions to promote smooth workflow and ensure that deadlines are met.

· Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point & the internet.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities. Have a sense of urgency.
· Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and Outlook required. Must be able to type a minimum of 50wpm.
Education and/or Experience:
· High school diploma required. 2 yr. general advanced degree preferred.
· 3 to 5 years of Executive Assistant experience with at least 2 years experience working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
