Description: Purpose of the Job/Principal Responsibilities:
The Admin Assistant is responsible for assisting the Executive Assistant with administrative tasks
Typical activities include: - Performs scheduling, record keeping, and/or information gathering tasks. - Independently investigates assigned problems or coordinates major projects; researches data and information requirements and prepares preliminary analysis; prepares accurate and timely reports/recommendations for action by management. - Performs special project management tasks as assigned. - Assembles data and prepares complex and/or confidential reports, and composes correspondence. - Requires proficiency with one or more types of computer systems and software packages such as word processors and spreadsheets. - Possesses sufficient knowledge of companys organization, policies, and procedures to make minor administrative decisions, exercising independent judgment.
Qualifications: Experience Required: - Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative position. Five years preferred. - Associates degree preferred but not required
