Description:
Are you an energetic, hard working Administrative Assistant? Volt may have a great opportunity for you in Los Alamos!
Volt is looking for an energetic individual to be a receptionist for a busy, multi-discipline engineering office. Responsibilities will include; answering phones; handling deliveries, word processing/preparation of documents; filing; copying; shredding; ordering/maintenance of office supplies; facilities maintenance activities; scheduling meetings; and other tasks as required.

Requirements:
Must have 3 years of experience. Computer literate. Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication skills.
