The Marketing Assistant provides administrative support to two associates in our institutional marketing group. Responsibilities include heavy client interaction via phone, scheduling and coordinating meetings/conference calls and maintaining calendars; arranging travel and generating expense reports; opening and prioritizing mail; typing and drafting correspondence; maintaining file system and internal marketing databases; and other projects as needed.
Qualifications
- At least three to five years of administrative experience in a marketing/financial services environment
- Strong PC skills using Word, Excel/spreadsheets, Access/databases, Internet and E-mail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, highly organized
- Flexibility to work well independently as well as in a team
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm
