This position is responsible for supporting the contact center director by performing administrative/clerical duties, budget and inventory control, meeting and event planning, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Compile various reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
• Administrative/clerical duties to include typing, filing, answering phone calls, calendar maintenance, travel plans, etc.
• Maintain budget controls by monitoring office supply inventory and controls, P&L controls/audits, accounts payable, ordering, as well as equipment inventory and maintenance.
• Meeting and event planning to include coordination and recording meeting minutes.
• Contact center floor design and maintenance such as restructures, vendor contacts and controls, cost research, etc.
• Maintain employee relations by coordinating special events, contests, equipment repair/maintenance, remedy tickets, etc.
• Open, sort, and distribute all incoming department mail.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Time management skills
• Ability to learn company’s operating systems including Cisco, JDE, CPW, Mission, SVM Ebuy, WebView/IEX, Remedy, Verint, 360 Facilities, VMW, SVM Travel, and Bradmin
