Automotive Dealership Field Consultant

Summary of Position:-The Automotive Dealership Field Consultant will deliver initial training, monitor business results and deliver consulting on continued improvement and optimization to achieve business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: included to but not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

·         Deliver on site initial training of processes and best practices

·         Support ramp up of program, and processes on site

·         Develop process map for each location based on your assessment of personnel, needs and business goals

·         Consult with dealer leadership team on implementation of processes, expected outcomes, and methods, used for tracking those outcomes

·         Access relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with leadership including assessment methods and measurements entailed

·         Create organizational strategy to drive success toward business goals

·         Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions at monthly meetings

·         Support account as lesion to corporate with any and all issues that may arise

·         80% local travel is required with an occasional overnight stay

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         Effective interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of levels.

·         Must have experience in Microsoft Word,  MS Excel, and MS Outlook

·         The candidate must be a team player and able to work effectively under deadlines

·         Professional  appearance

Education/Training / Experience

• Associate Degree required

·        Automotive dealership experience is a plus
