Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the Dannon Sales Team aligned to SuperValu in addition to managing the Minneapolis Sales office. Primary responsibilities include the following:
•Collect and enter trade deal information into Supervalu Harbor as well as Dannon’s internal systems on an on-going basis for Supervalu accounts (this represents approximately 20 customers, $103 Million in annual sales and nearly $17 Million in trade spending) . Continuously update information based on deal and customer plan changes. Ensure that all spending and deals are entered as per guidelines provided by Dannon and Stonyfield Sales forces. Highlight any potential overspends or other discrepancies to appropriate management as needed
•Create and distribute reports to assist sales team in managing their customers
•Interface with Dannon Sales force, Stonyfield Farm Sales Force, Dannon HQ, Dannon Finance Team and other internal departments as needed.
•Perform various analytical and administrative tasks for Minneapolis sales force. (IRI & Business Object reports, presentation development, etc)
•General office management responsibilities (process invoices, order supplies, etc)
The incumbent will be expected to build process and interfaces from ground up and will interface with all key sales team members for Dannon and Stonyfield
Qualifications
•Very detailed oriented individual with high level of accuracy with data entry
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
•Ability to run reports from various systems
•Ability to analyze basic trade plans to observe and address discrepancies
•Ability to manage small office
•Bachelors Degree preferred
•At least 2-3 years of work experience preferably in an administrative or analytical role
•CPG industry experience desired
•High energy self motivated individual
•Ability to interface effectively with wide range of sales, finance and other management personnel
