Position
Summary:
The Administrative
Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative support to the
operations and business development teams at BioPharm. Support includes answering/re-directing
incoming phone calls, engaging in routine and complex document preparation,
file management, scheduling/arranging meetings, ordering office supplies, and .making
travel arrangements.
Skills
& Abilities Requirements:
The successful
candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, etc.), with strong verbal and written communication skills. Must
present himself/herself in a professional manner, be detail-oriented, and well
organized. Must be able to work independently, under minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills are
required for this position. Maintaining confidentiality and
professionalism are required. Experience in calendar management, superior
telephone skills, and strong analytical skills are also required.
