We are currently looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia
Primary Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Produce billing invoices and various reports.
- Enter technicians’ weekly timesheets into the Time Entry system.
- Administrative support such as data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed/assigned.
- Should be a self-starter and able to work independently.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience as an office administrator preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Must feel comfortable with learning and navigating new computer programs.
- Friendly, excellent, and professional communication skills.
- Proven organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Strong customer service skills.
