Standards of the Position:
- Process and submit time sheets and expense reports
- Create and maintain all databases, including product managers list
- Create and Edit PowerPoint presentations
- Create and maintain spreadsheets as required
- Prepare documents including correspondence and proposals
- Maintain filing including growing system as necessary (new files, switching to binders, etc.)
- Maintain weekly itinerary sheets
- Organize group meetings (send notice to participants, reserve room, etc)
- Handle travel reservations as needed
- Handle Convention reservations
- Compile sales material
- Handle client and physician author contact
- +1-2 years experience
- State salary requirement
Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
Advanced computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and ACT!
Work under deadline pressure
Must be able to Multi-Task
