The Salvation Army’s Divisional office in Natomas is seeking a highly organized individual to provide administrative support to the Director of Development. This position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and provides excellent benefits and a great working environment.

This position is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support including composing correspondence, preparing reports, composing and mailing documentation, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
Minimum Qualifications: Must have at least two years of office experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, be prepared to encounter a variety of assignments and timelines, must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials, proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and electronic mail; must have knowledge of administrative support procedures and office equipment; must have excellent organizational skills including multitasking, time management and office systems (including file maintenance); must demonstrate good judgment and act in a professional manner, and ability to speak and write the English language with professional level skill is required.
